Leadership Team
Eric Sobotka, MAI
Prior to forming Gravitas CRE, Eric held several development and acquisition roles with a number of regional developers where he was involved in the acquisition, entitlement, and/or development of over $500M in multifamily, self storage, retail properties. Eric received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California Davis and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in California.

Marc Guillon
Prior to forming Gravitas CRE, Marc founded Guillon Real Estate Group Inc. where he was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of over $200M in multifamily transactions. He has been involved in the leasing and/or acquisition of over 1,000,000 square feet of industrial space. Marc received his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama. Marc is a licensed Real Estate Agent in California.
